For more than 40 years MKV GmbH Kunststoffgranulate has been involved in the sorting and recycling of engineering thermoplastics (ETPs). For years we have been servicing famous names in the auto- and electrical industries, by removing their scrap, waste ETPs and regenerating them into a form suitable for further use. Recycling is the mechanical reconstitution of used plastics. The chemical structure remains unchanged. The waste material, scrap and leftover runners are ground, cleaned and grouped by type. Recycling is worthwhile when scrap parts and material are clean and separable and the recyclate can be mixed 1:1 with virgin material. In order to achieve this objective, we fully familiarise ourselves, gladly by working together with our customers trying to understand their circumstances and the possibilities for cleanly separating and sorting materials.
