Kelkheim Plant

Kelkheim is the administrative headquarters and the location where granulation and compounding are carried out. Ca. 30 workers on a 3-shift system operate four corotating-twin-screw extruders to prepare compounds and recyclates. Each extrusion line is equiped with gravimetric feeders, vacuum outgassing and metal detection. Each charge is premixed in our mixing silos (3m³ - 30m³) to ensure batch homogeneity.

Annual capacity is around 5000 tons.
